I have over 30 years of financial leadership experience with multi-unit internationals, software as a service (SaaS), manufacturing, and technology companies. While my role changes with each client I work with, several core deliverables remain consistent:

As a senior-level financial executive, I have led or personally delivered:

  • Numerous exits from, as well as acquisitions of, manufacturing and technology companies to create strategic value through leveraged transactions at very attractive EBITDA multiples
  • Negotiations, due diligence, and completion of a strategic acquisition that returned 400% to shareholders in just over 2 years
  • Successful IPOs including MAPICS; increasing market cap by 450% in two years
  • Restructuring of a finance team into an operationally efficient, lean and highly productive contributor to the company, recognized by a Big-4 audit firm as “probably the best run company we have seen of this size”
  • Organizational changes to support modern business operations and practices including benchmarking contract terms, job costing and current sales methodologies

I joined the Florida CFO Group in 2019. Prior to joining the Florida CFO group, I had my own consulting firm providing interim and fractional CFO services and have over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance in an executive leadership capacity. I earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario and my CPA, CA designation.
